Summer at Stratford Historical Society

History Adventure

A week-long summer program for children entering grades 1 – 5.


Discover Stratford’s long history through engaging summertime activities!

  • churn butter
  • design a duck pin bowling lane
  • experiment with Stratford technology
  • uncover espionage on the sound
  • explore historic Stratford
  • and much more!



Two weeks to choose from:

Adventure 1
July 7 – 11, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Register by June 27


Adventure 2
August 11 – 15, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Register by August 1

$150 for Historical Society members

$190 for non-members

  • Registration Forms

    Registration is not complete until all forms are completed and submitted. Some forms must be completed by your child's physician.


    Return completed forms to summer@stratfordhistoricalsociety.org.

    Download the Authorization for the Administration of Medication Form (if applicable). 


    IMPORTANT: 

    If the Health Assessment Record indicates that your child has allergies or asthma, you must submit an Action Plan written by your child's physician.


    If the Action Plan indicates that a medication be administered as part of the plan, an Authorization for the Administration of Medication Form is required AND the medication in its original packaging must be provided by the parent/guardian.
